Why a tattoo artist have to charge so much money for a tattoo?

May I say something...not about this party but about tattoos....? No?

I love tattoos i have on me but something I don't accept is why a tattoo artist have to charge so much money , is a job I wonder why they never give a ticket recipe as other shop when we pay ( and pay lots of money) ??? , 

Why should a tattoo artist charge 60 to 250 dolares per hour when a  an engineer, a doctor, a lawyer, an architect who studied a lifetime and in is business, shop , office have to pass receipts for each job that is paid , and charge less than a majority, majority that is not even great tattoo artist? Why? 

I think the business of tattoos should change and there must be rules depending of course of the country but a  list of prices will always put the customer's view as in any other business for what is paid, 

I know many of this artist will not agree with me ( is normal is a business and I'm talking about MONEY ) but the clients ( the ones that give ARTISTS all the money MANY agree) 

And also when I open the internet why do I see things as ( 10 things your tattoo artist hate...or ...don't ask how much you should pay... Or behave like this or like that) I NEVER SAW A ARTICLE SAYING HOW SHOULD THE ARTIST BEHAVE WITH THE CLIENT...

But is not the artist fault is from many clients that many times see a tattoo artist as a god or something, 

and this clients are forgetting he is a artist with a open business because of THE CLIENT MONEY

And much more ....

as this :  always we have to sign before a tattoo a document that defend always and ONLY the artist from a tattoo that might get bad , AND THE CLIENTS RIGTHS? 

Last time I went to the Internet see something as this I saw a article that said that client SHOULD GIVE A TIP OF 15% to 20% of the tattoo cost ...lolololol... Jesus 

the rigth of the client in the tattoo business is nothing...is paying for a small tattoo 500 dolares and wait at least one month to go again,  In my opinion this is not very fair to the client ... 

But as I said is the client fault 

( this is not for all artistes only for 90%) 

And sorry my English again ...is my opinion as client that is making a tattoo now half half sleeve... I repeat half , HALF sleeve , not all forearm only half and I already with 8 hours and I already paid 600 EUROS , and I have more half of the job to do ,,, total cost 850 € ...

A sacred geometry tattoo black ink nothing special ...
